The Coffee House is centrally located with 4 guest rooms, a large shared kitchen and covered decks which offer great views of the forest edge and a nearby stream. This is great lodging for birdwatchers who can view the forest edge and canopy from the balcony of their rooms with the hummingbird deck and bird blind close by.

The Cabin

The Cabin is built from sustainably harvested timber from our reserve. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor and two additional queen beds and a single bed in the open loft of the second floor. The Cabin is the perfect choice for families and or friends who want to share a private accommodation. The cabin has 1 and 1/2 bath, a cozy living room and a complete kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The large front deck is a perfect place to lounge in the hammocks at the end of a hike in the cloud forest.

The Tree House

The Howler Tree Cabin is our first accommodation under the canopy of the forest. A 3 minute walk from the Bellbird Lodge the tree cabin is 20 feet high up and integrated into a tropical oak tree. The sound of a nearby stream and the riparian habitat is a major corridor where quetzals and monkeys traverse. One room with a queen bed, a private deck looking into the canopy and complimentary Mount Totumas coffee. The tree cabin is equipped with hot water and electricity but is an internet free zone! It’s our most intimate accommodation that places you right into the forest.
